説明:
音のない世界に生きるこの子と 俺はどうやって生きようか。 不慮の事故で全聾の妻・なお美を亡くした源太郎。 その数年後、なお美の妹のゆう子が亡くなった。病死だった。 島の人間と疎遠だった彼女に娘がいたことはほとんどの人間が知らなかった。 その子の名前は翔子。この子もまた全聾だった。 身寄りのない翔子と、過去に縛られた源太郎は一緒に暮らすことになる。 不器用な二人暮らしが小さな島で始まる。
